Introduction

Sadly, in the past few decades the quality of our available water has deteriorated so rapidly that it is almost impossible to drink naturally pure and healthy water. In repeated scientific examination it was established that especially nitrates show a very damaging effect on the human body. 1977 the Swiss authority of food law were for the first time presented with the necessity to put restrictions on the use of drinking water in several municipalities. Next to high concentration of nitrates in the ground water, to high a concentration was also registered in vegetables, especially head lettuce.
In addition to the increase in nitrates, the overall hardness of water in ground and spring water reservoirs in middle Switzerland has shown a rising tendency over the past 35 years. Problems with a high degree of hardness in water manifest as calcification, which subjects the materials of coffee machines, dish washers, washing machines and water pipes to difficulties. Tachyons can neutralize these detrimental influences to a large extent.
